Another fun little work out today, basically just a chance to shake out our legs. 2 mile warm up and cool down with 10 by 200s with 200 jog in between. Coach Harris didn't even really give us a pace or set race, just told us to go out there and do it "at our own sensation"- just don't strain ourselves and end up feeling good. And we did that with approx 44/43/44/42/43/41/41/41/39/39 therefore ended up with a nice little tapering down pace. Countdown to conferende: t minus 3 days!!
